It took me 17 minutes to beat this mission on hard difficulty. The mission plays out on a revamped and expanded version of the Paraíso map, parts of which have been severely damaged in the invasion. Several of the heroes are meeting Lucio for the first time here. In the first mission, which is set in Rio de Janeiro, the aim is to destroy an invading Null Sector ship. The second mission includes the most hero options. The heroes that are available for each one vary for story reasons. There are 19 different heroes to choose from across the three missions. Still, if you can squad up with friends to play through the Story Missions together and avoid the risk of backfilling, I reckon that’s the way to go. Obviously, there will be many more players hopping in to Story Missions now, so matchmaking with real people will be easier. That may have spoiled them on part of the story, since I’m not sure they would have seen the first cutscene. However, another member of the press backfilled into my game halfway through the first mission. I only had time to play through the Story Missions once each and I was mostly teaming with bots (which were good enough to help me beat the missions). Let me give you one piece of advice: if you can find three friends who are willing to pay for Story Missions access and play through them with you, I suggest squadding up with them. The Stalker is one of the more fearsome enemies you'll encounter in Overwatch 2's Story Missions.
